When Oklahoma Relocation Notice Requirements Apply

Oklahoma law defines relocation as a change in the principal residence of a child by more than 75 miles for 60 days or longer. A covered move doesn’t always result in a contested hearing, but the custody order or enforceable parenting agreement may determine who must receive notice.
