SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Name: Hensley Legal Services Client Communications Program
2. Program Description: This messaging program sends non-marketing text messages to
individuals who have submitted an inquiry through our website at
www.hensleylegalservices.com and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications via
a dedicated consent checkbox on our forms. Messages relate to your inquiry and may include
follow-up communications and requests for feedback or reviews. This program does not send
marketing or promotional messages.
3. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP"
to +1 989-653-6525. Upon sending "STOP,
" we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.
Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up
as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
